A good fit starts here
Built for your dealer business.
Catalog Connect brings the integration. You bring the supplier relationship and a WooCommerce store ready for a parts catalog.
Yes. Every store supplies its own authorized Western Power Sports dealer API key. A subscription does not create a dealer account or include supplier merchandise. Access to individual API features depends on your dealer permissions.
Can I install it myself?
Yes. Self-installation has no additional installation charge. The monthly plan offers optional assisted installation for $149 once. The annual plan includes one initial assisted installation. A paid hosted-service subscription is required for connected catalog services.
What happens if I cancel or a renewal fails?
Cancellation retains hosted access through your paid period. Previously paid renewals receive a three-day failed-payment grace period. After access ends, hosted imports, live updates, stock checks and new supplier-order submissions stop. Your imported products, prices, images and order records remain under your control, and saved fitment remains searchable. You must manage local stock and fulfillment yourself when live service is unavailable.
Does vehicle fitment cover every part?
No. Fitment is available only when your WPS key has permission and the supplier provides matches. The filter supports vehicle type, year, make and model. Verify trim and application notes before ordering; no match does not prove that a part is compatible or incompatible.
Are shipping quotes and tracking automatic?
Shipping and handling charges are configured in your WooCommerce zones. They are not live WPS freight quotes, and stock checks do not reserve inventory. Supplier tracking can be looked up, but automatic tracking write-back to WooCommerce is not included in the initial release. WooCommerce cancellations and refunds do not cancel supplier orders.
Is the plugin available on WordPress.org?
Version 0.1.5 has been submitted and is awaiting WordPress.org review. The listing is not approved yet. Paid signup and live supplier ordering remain closed while we complete launch validation.
Does it work with Shopify or multiple stores?
This release is for WordPress and WooCommerce. Shopify is planned separately and is not included. Each subscription connects one store URL; additional stores need their own subscriptions. Contact us before moving a connected store to a different domain.
